Frequently Asked Questions

How are StoriLuna summaries made?

Our summaries are written with the help of AI and then reviewed by us for accuracy. Audio narration uses AI-generated voices. Summaries are original commentary and do not reproduce the books' text, so we always encourage reading the original books.

Can I request a book?

Yes. Use the Request a Book page to tell us the title and author, along with your email so we can let you know when it's added.

Can I listen offline in the iOS app?

Yes. Download a book's audio in the StoriLuna app and it will play without an internet connection. Downloads are stored on each device and are not synced, so you'll need to download a book again on another iPhone or iPad.

Does my library sync between devices?

Yes. The app syncs your library, reading and listening progress, and settings through your own private iCloud account, so no StoriLuna account is needed. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on for StoriLuna on each device. We cannot see or access your iCloud data.

How do I clear my data or delete the app?

Deleting the StoriLuna app removes everything stored on that device, including downloads. To also remove your synced library, progress, and settings from iCloud, open iOS Settings → [your name / Apple Account] → iCloud → Manage Storage, select StoriLuna, and delete its data.

Audio won't play or keeps stopping. What should I do?

Streaming audio needs an internet connection, so first check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection and try again. Downloaded audio plays offline, so downloading a book ahead of time is the most reliable option for travel or spotty connections. If the problem continues, email us with the book, chapter, and your device model.

I found an error in a summary. How do I report it?

What data does StoriLuna collect?

Very little. There are no reader accounts, and the app uses anonymous analytics with no advertising identifiers. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.
