Summary
In July, Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov finish a grueling trail run, their playful competitiveness and flirtation underscoring their closeness. They debate telling their agent about their relationship, with cautious Shane hesitating and confident Ilya insisting honesty is simple and necessary.
After a lingering shared shower, Farah Jalali FaceTimes. Nervous but united, Shane and Ilya disclose that Shane is gay, Ilya is bisexual, and they are a couple. Farah reacts warmly and supportively, asks a few clarifying questions, and affirms she is on their side despite the unprecedented situation for NHL rivals.
