Aeri regains consciousness in a beached skiff under a warm, azure sky, disoriented after collapsing at Quu Harbor. She recalls turning Bay Chin and General Salosa into gold with the Dragon Lord’s Ring and trying to sink the royal fleets before blacking out. The ring remains on her hand, confirming the events were real.

Royo helps her sit up but confronts Aeri when he sees the amulet’s mark burned into her skin, proof she concealed the relic-bound secret he once questioned on the Light Mountains. He accuses her of lying despite his plea for honesty and, heartbroken, ends their relationship. Aeri accepts that she lied to protect him and, lacking regret, understands forgiveness won’t come.

Mikail arrives on the beach, reassures Aeri that Sora is safe, and urges her to come hear the full story of their escape. He carries the Water Scepter, its power palpable to Aeri, confirming Wei’s defeat at Quu and their survival despite her collapse.
