Summary
Starr’s televised interview becomes one of the network’s most-watched, prompting supportive messages, a mysterious tuition offer, and online backlash. Kenya warns that King is angry she “dry snitched.” Despite the noise, Starr heads to prom with Chris, who is distant and glued to his phone.
Inside the prom, Starr leans on Maya as tensions with Hailey linger; Hailey arrives with Luke and gives them a glare. Starr tries to enjoy the party, but Chris’s coldness boils over when he pushes for photos, leading to a fight. Starr retreats to the car.
Chris confronts her there, revealing he recognized her voice and walk in the interview. Hurt that she kept it secret, he presses for honesty.
