Overview
Emmett and Julia, lying low due to legal risks, run out of food and ask for help. Parker and Evan arrive in inflatable costumes to feed them and mock the show’s surveillance. Summary
Emmett texts his family chat for food since he and Julia can’t leave the house while he works to escape the show contract. Riley is away, but Evan, Parker, Oma, and Opa jump in, eager to help and to antagonize producer Richard’s surveillance.
Parker and Evan arrive first in inflatable unicorn and T. rex costumes, loudly professing love to Emmett for the cameras as they deliver pizza, beer, cake, and wine. Their antics turn the tension into laughter, and Emmett and Julia gratefully accept the food, buoyed by family support.
Oma warns she’s bringing a salad, and Opa hints at impending chaos. Moments later, Oma drops the salad at the door and sprints naked down the driveway, flipping off the cameras and shouting defiance at Richard. Opa watches, delighted, as her prank openly ridicules the production’s voyeurism.
Amid the absurdity, Emmett recognizes how perfectly Oma and Opa suit each other and how unwavering his family’s loyalty is. He tells Julia, “Welcome to the Brandt family,” affirming their bond as they face the show’s fallout together.
