Veya, Kyzari, and Uno are driven from the arena through a jagged exit into a whiteout blizzard by the Fate Herder. Half-blind and freezing, Veya struggles forward, shielding Kyzari with Raeve’s cloak and fearing they cannot survive the cold. Uno reappears with a jar of moonlight and guides them to a scant rocky overhang littered with bones.

Inside the meager shelter, Veya lays Kyzari down, horrified by her blue lips and failing breath. Uno works the keys and unlocks Kyzari’s shackle just as the storm abruptly dies, moonlight flooding the mountainside and a heavy, watchful silence settling over everything. Despite Uno’s warning to hide, Veya refuses to leave Kyzari’s side.

Kyzari wakes into a lucid, frantic state. Clutching Kaan’s málmr, she begins singing an unfamiliar, powerful invocation. A crushing pulse tears through the plateau, shearing away the outcrop and blasting Veya toward a cliff. At the epicenter, silver streams pour from the Aether Stone and congeal into a kneeling, silver‑eyed being beside Kyzari.

The Aether God gathers Kyzari, channeling liquid silver light into her wounds. His gaze overwhelms Veya, flinging her back with successive waves of power. When Veya looks again, Kyzari stands healed and glowing, hands on the God’s chest, still singing. He embraces her with reverent tenderness, wings unfurling like torn silver night, enclosing her.

As their profound bond seals, the sky responds: the atmosphere throbs, and distant moons begin to shake loose. Veya, awed and terrified, realizes Kyzari’s heart truly belonged to a Creator, and that this reunion is remaking the world. The first moon strikes, heralding catastrophic consequences.
