Khalil leaves graciously, and Neveah briefly shares a moment of laughter with her brothers before remembering the loss of their mother and shutting down. She confirms with Roman that the body Weldon brought has been processed, then announces she's going to bed.

Roman pushes the idea that all three siblings should visit their comatose father together. Neveah snaps, accusing Roman of acting like a patriarch after years of absence and pointing out that she is the one who keeps the family and household functioning while he and Dante disappoint. He warns that Getty was a confidential informant double-dipping between the Black Baron Boys (linked to Shade Sinclair) and the Ghost Town Crew (linked to MS-13), and urges Neveah to bring Dante in. He then casually invites her over since his wife is away. Neveah reflects bitterly on her father's secrets, her vanished mother, and her fierce love for her brothers, resolving to fix the situation herself. She agrees to come to Chauncey's, accepting she will never escape to Africa.
