Lorenzo Moretti attacks Ace in a rage over Mia’s abduction until Dante intervenes, insisting they need information more than retribution. Under questioning, Ace explains the one-night encounter with the woman, her likely phone tap while they slept, and the van plates from hotel footage.

The men assess motives. Max notes Joey was the planned attendee at the gala, suggesting Joey was the intended target. Dante argues Mia is leverage and likely alive. Lorenzo orders a full lockdown while they search. Joey emerges to summon Lorenzo inside for Raven, who is distraught; Max comforts his wife.

Ace and Romeo plan next steps—checking the hotel and compiling a list of Joey’s recent enemies—when Ace receives a call from Keres. She demands Dante and Lorenzo meet her at St. Nicholas Church near Fort Heights at eight, saying they can bring an army but warning that if anything happens to her, Mia will never be seen again, then hangs up.

Ace relays the message to Lorenzo, who, shaken but decisive, orders two cars prepared, with Ace and Romeo following behind. Ace seethes, vowing revenge, and briefs Romeo as they ready the vehicles for the confrontation.
