Landing at night away from Imperial sentries left by Emperor Salvador, the team advances through the jungle with enhancement goggles and foliage melters. Guided by Valya’s memory of landmarks, they locate a disguised limestone stack concealing the descent to an old cenote network once used by the Misborn.

Underground, Valya identifies the cache tunnel and, experimenting with a new commanding Voice, compels Olivia to verify the components. Thrilled by the effect, Valya refines the tone while directing Sisters Ulia and Stancy to extract sealed modules. The team quietly inventories and loads the computers into suspensor bins, mindful of the records’ vast genetic value to the Sisterhood’s long plans.
