Summary
In the dungeons, Meryn realizes Killian is reaching every Bonded through the wolf bonds by siphoning her magic via the cursed bracelet. He projects skewed memories casting Meryn as a murderous traitor and declares her a dangerous usurper, urging followers to rally to him in the west.
Determined to respond, Meryn organizes an assembly in the arena while Stark secures Saela’s safety. Coaching with Anassa, Meryn links to Bonded across Nocturna and publicly admits killing King Cyril, then shares unaltered memories: imprisoned children, Saela’s suffering, Killian’s Siphon nature, Alistair Brightbane’s legacy, and the stolen Sturmfrost line.
