Holland and Adam reach Jericho Monroe Entertainment to follow the JME clue and search Ben Tierney’s old bungalow. Summary
Holland and Adam arrive at Jericho Monroe Entertainment, where childhood nostalgia mixes with urgency as they pursue the JME clue tied to Holland’s father, Ben Tierney. Adam confidently gets them through the security gate by invoking a contact in Storytelling, and they park near Ben’s old workspace.
Cat, dressed as Isabella Rose from Knife and Cross, greets them enthusiastically, mistaking Adam for Holland’s current boyfriend. She mentions Chance is on the lot meeting director Vic VanVleet, which alarms Holland, who wants to avoid him after the previous night.
Holland proposes visiting Ben’s old bungalow (No. 17) for potential clues. Cat hesitates, but Adam lies that he’s a film student inspired by Benjamin Tierney. When Cat still wavers, Adam lightly touches her arm, momentarily dazzling her and prompting her to accept a new plan.
