Donna leads the group—Gwen, Tana, Allie, and Robin—up to the Special Collection. Gwen, feverish and bleeding, collapses at the threshold. Tana re-dresses the wound with Robin’s kerchief while Donna secures the room, drawing shades and locking the door. Despite Tana’s protests, Donna insists the plan proceed with Easter approaching.

They lay out the relics: the cracked mirror, Gwen’s phone, the Bluetooth projector, and the hair-woven robe. Gwen refuses the robe’s protection so King Sorrow can still sense her; Allie is forced to wear it as the group’s contingency. Robin aims the projector at the glass vault, and Gwen loops an old video of Arthur defending them on skates.

Facing the projected scene, the women join hands and call to Arthur. Gwen bleeds onto the mirror and overheats, slipping in and out of consciousness as hours vanish unnoticed. To cool the room, Donna smashes narrow windows to draw in night air. The group continues the chant, passing the mirror and invoking Arthur and Van.

Gwen glimpses strange phenomena in the mirror and fixates on a fallen newspaper’s crossword. As she and, impossibly, Arthur fill answers from opposite sides of the divide—clues linking to their past and the supernatural—the crossword becomes a shared channel, confirming contact.

The summoning intensifies: the video loops, their calls persist, and time distortion deepens. With dawn breaking on Easter, Donna stops breaking windows and announces the turning point—“it’s Easter morning, and he’s here”—signaling Arthur’s return.
