Summary
Via returns to August’s room with her boyfriend, Justin, who carries a long silver case and appears slightly nervous meeting August for the first time. Justin greets August and Jack and compliments the room, while Auggie mischievously asks if he is Via’s boyfriend.
Jack jokingly guesses the case holds a machine gun, prompting Justin to clarify it’s a fiddle. Via adds that Justin plays in a zydeco band.
