Harley receives a text asking to come over and eagerly agrees. With only fifteen minutes before the visitor arrives, Harley dries her hair, applies makeup, dresses to look alluring, and checks her appearance in the mirror while comparing herself favorably to the visitor’s wife.

When Cooper knocks, Harley rushes to the door and greets him by name, revealing that Cooper’s secret destination is her apartment. Cooper looks guilty but attracted, then enters and immediately kisses Harley.

Harley asks how soon Debbie expects Cooper home because Cooper’s marriage sets the limits of their time together. Cooper says he has about an hour, and Harley notes that he may claim this is his first affair, though married men are familiar territory for Harley.
